Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the minimum time I can store with you?

A: We have a minimum charge of 1 month rent.

Q: How do I get my things to you?

A: You can bring them down yourself in your own vehicle or you can borrow our free trailer. Alternatively, we can recommend quality and reliable local removalists to help you with your move.

Q: Do you offer storage supplies?

A: Yes! Protection of your belongings during a move and whilst in storage is essential, and Hooks Storage Units is your one-stop solution. Q: Do I need self storage insurance?

A: We do not automatically insure your goods at Hooks Storage. Most household policies do not cover goods in storage or transit. In the unlikely event that something should happen to your goods you would be responsible as you are solely responsible for the storage of your goods. If it’s worth storing it’s worth insuring!
